STEP 1
Prepare the Strawberries
Mix sliced strawberries with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 2
Make the Cream Mixtures
Beat egg yolks with sugar, then mix in mascarpone. Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into mascarpone mixture. Beat egg whites separately and fold in.
STEP 3
Layer the Tiramisù
Dip Savoiardi in strawberry syrup and layer in a dish. Add a layer of cream, followed by strawberries. Repeat layers.
STEP 4
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
