Summer Salad with Crunchy Crutò

Make your summer fresh!

INGREDIENTS

generous handful of
La Mole Crutò

100 g

mixed greens

1

ripe yellow peach

10

cherry tomatoes (both red and yellow)

60 g

feta cheese

1

handful of sliced almonds​

2

tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1

teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice)

Salt and pepper to taste

STEP 1

Prepare the greens
Wash and dry the greens (lamb's lettuce, arugula, or valerian) well.

STEP 2

Slice
Slice the peach and halve the cherry tomatoes.

STEP 3

Get the feta cheese ready
Crumble the feta cheese roughly.

STEP 4

Assemble
In a large bowl, combine the greens, peach, tomatoes, and cheese.

Add some flavor
Add
the almonds and season with olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and pepper.

Finish
Add the La Mole Crutò just before serving to keep them crunchy.
