Tzatziki and Pita Chips

Italian taste takes a dip in Greek goodness

INGREDIENTS

La Mole Pita Chips

250 g

Greek yogurt (whole and thick)

1

large cucumber (or 2 small)

1

garlic clove (minced - adjust to taste)

1

tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

1

tablespoon of lemon juice

1

tablespoon of fresh dill (optional, for a classic flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste

method

STEP 1

Prepare the cucumber
Peel the cucumber (optional) and grate it finely. Place the grated cucumber in a clean cloth or paper towel, and squeeze out excess water to avoid a watery dip.

STEP 2

Mix
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, and minced garlic.

STEP 3

Make it tasty
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

STEP 4

Bring some tradition
Add fresh dill (optional) and mix it through for that classic tzatziki flavor.

STEP 5 5

Let it cool
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. The dip will thicken as it sits.

STEP 6 5

Taste it
Serve chilled with a generous portion of La Mole Pita Chips. For a fun touch, sprinkle some extra dill or a drizzle of olive oil on top before serving.
